Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Foli mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Foli is a portfolio tracking application that lets you:

• Create and manage investment portfolios.
• Record transactions (buy, sell, dividend, stock split).
• Compute profit/loss using current and historical market prices.
• Use advanced analytics (TWR, XIRR, real return, performance chart, CSV export) via a Pro subscription.

Foli is an informational tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. It does not route orders or connect to any broker.

2. No Accounts

You do not need to create an account to use the App. Your portfolio and transaction data is stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Disrupt operation, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Scrape data or place unreasonable load on our APIs.
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code.

5. Pro Subscription

• Pro features are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing is handled by those platforms.
• Prices and subscription periods are shown at the point of purchase; the platform’s terms apply.
• You can cancel via your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period.
• Refund requests are subject to the relevant store’s (Apple / Google) refund policies.
• Pro plan prices, included features, and limits may change with reasonable prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its code, design, and content are owned by Foli and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The portfolio data on your device belongs to you. Using the App does not grant us a license to store that data on our servers — we do not have access to it.

7. Financial Disclaimer

Important: Information shown in the App is for general informational purposes and should not be construed as financial advice.

• Market prices may be delayed or inaccurate; data is refreshed approximately every 15 minutes, and the last close is used when markets are closed.
• Profit/loss calculations are estimates based on the data you enter and may not reflect your actual position.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information in the App.

8. Data Backup

Because all portfolio data is stored locally on your device, we cannot restore your data if you lose your device or uninstall the App. We recommend the CSV export feature (Pro) for keeping your own backup.

9. Availability and Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
• You may need to update to a newer version to continue using the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services:

• Supabase — public market data.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription billing.
• RevenueCat — subscription status verification.
• Sentry — anonymous crash and performance reporting.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
